This one very easy only. U can do this alone in the dark room. Just use the bulb function in your camera.

i understand that you used a long exposure...but i don't really understand lightpainting..could you please go into a little more detail into how you did this?
what i can imagine is that you kept your hand in a dark room,exposed,and during the exposure used a match or something behind your hand to create the lighting...right?
